Santa Lucía International Festival 2010 With an exclusive "Taste of Cuba" will be held from February 13th to 17th of 2010 in Santa Lucía beach , Camagüey , Province, the seventeenth edition of the Santa Lucia International Festival, co - sponsored by the Ministries of Culture and Tourism of Cuba. Like every year, Santa Lucía beach promises to be the scene of a great party full of cultural, recreational, nautical, and gastronomic activities that promote friendship among the participants and highlight the beauty and qualities of the main attractions of the destination:  beach, sun and its inhabitants.
